In order to enter at the main Dojo, men must enter through the men’s changing room and women will enter through the door next to the stairs. Show your respect and bow to the front twice in Seiza rei. One to the Kamiza and another to the Dojo. Remember at all times that you’re in a place in which the final purpose of your assistance is your personal development, as well for all others.
